Each year on the fourth Thursday in January, at 7:00 PM, the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is held to elect a Board of Directors for the coming year.
All shareholders are encouraged to participate, as a 30% representation is required to have a quorum in order to conduct business and hold the election.
Meeting notices and proxies are mailed to shareholders not more than thirty (30) days, nor less than five (5) days, before the meeting.
The 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on January 23, 2025. Mark your calendars.
