On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, a water service event occurred in the southern and lower portion of the Devore Water service area, resulting in unusually high water pressure.
The incident was caused by a valve operation performed by company personnel and the failure of a pressure relief valve.
It is important to note that this event was unrelated to the recent valve replacement conducted by our contractor in a nearby area.
